How to change screen mode on Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus

Screen mode is helpful to automatically optimize the color range, saturation and sharpness of your Samsung galaxy S9 and galaxy S9 plus display. By default set Adaptive display in galaxy S9 & S9 plus as screen mode. You can change screen mode on Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 plus under display settings. This Samsung galaxy S9 & S9 plus Adaptive display mode may not be compatible with third party apps.

You can use full screen color balance to adjust the colors of your display to change the appearance of white tones. Color balance can only be adjusted in Adaptive display mode. Step 1: Swipe down notification panel and tap on Settings icon

Step 2: Tap Display

In Samsung S9 display settings, you can see Auto brightness, Blue light filter, font & screen zoom, screen mode, screen resolution, full screen apps, easy mode and more settings.

Step 3: Tap Screen mode

You can see below given four options. By default set Adaptive display as galaxy S9 & S9 plus screen mode.

Adaptive display: Automatically adjust color range, saturation and other display color settings.

AMOLED Cinema: If you want to see movies and video, then set AMOLED cinema mode.

AMOLED Photo: Perfect mode if you are photographer to automatically set color.

Basic: Automatically set display color on your S9 and S9 plus screen.

Step 4: Choose screen mode from above given four options

You can also customize screen Adaptive display as cool or warm you want in your galaxy S9 and S9 plus screen mode settings. In advanced option, you can set Adaptive display as Red, Green and Blue.
