How to Set Up Face Unlock Security on OnePlus 5T
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top and touch on the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on the Security & lock screen.
Step 3: Tap on Face unlock under the device security section.
You can see Pattern lock, PIN, and Password security options if the first time set up.
Step 4: Choose your security type from the above options.
You can show below notifications options on your device when your OnePlus 5T has locked.
- Show all notification content
- Hide sensitive notification content
- Don’t show a notification at all
Step 5: Choose any one from the above-given option & Tap it Done.
Step 6: Tap on Add face data.
When the first time set up and use face unlock on OnePlus 5T, it will give permission to access the camera and other settings.

Settings > Security & lock screen > Face unlock > Toggle off Face unlock

It will remove your face from your device. To use face unlock, you need to set up it again on your device.

Step 1: Go to Settings on your device.
