Press & hold the power button and volume down button until automatically restart your Samsung device.

Wipe Cache Using Recovery Menu

This message appears: Wipe all user data? This cannot be undone.

Step 6: Press the volume down key to select Factory data reset.

Step 7: Press the power button.

Wait until you see the wipe data complete at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 8: Press the power button to reboot the system now.
