Do you use emergency SOS mode on your Google Pixel devices? In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to enable emergency SOS on Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7, and other Pixel devices running Android 14 version. When you activate emergency SOS on your Android device, it automatically shares your emergency information with your contacts or calls emergency services in critical conditions like car crash detection, medical help, etc.
Press the power button 5 times or more to turn on Emergency SOS on your Google Pixel devices.

How to Enable Emergency SOS on Your Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7 (Android 14)
Open your Pixel’s app drawer and tap Settings app.
Scroll down and tap the Safety & emergency.
Tap the Emergency SOS.
Tap the Turn on Emergency SOS button to activate it.
Tap the Settings gear icon and choose how to start the Emergency SOS mode in your Pixel devices. The given options are available.
- Touch & hold to start action: Touch & hold in the circle for 3 seconds to start the emergency actions.
- Start actions automatically: Emergency actions begin after a 5-second countdown.
Select the option to activate Emergency SOS mode in your Google Pixel device.
Alternative Way: Open Personal Safety App > Features > Emergency SOS.
How to Enable Emergency Call Services (Call 112) on Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7
You can add your favorite contacts to share emergency info with those people automatically in any situation. Also, record emergency videos and share them with your emergency contacts automatically. It will automatically call the 112 number in any critical condition.
Turn on Emergency SOS on your Pixel to enable call emergency services.
To enable it, go to Settings > Safety & security > Emergency SOS > Tap the Turn On Emergency SOS > Call emergency services.
