Step 1: Long press on the blank space in OnePlus 6T home screen
You can see wallpapers, widgets and home settings.
Step 2: Tap home settings
Step 3: Tap home screen layout at end of the page

Columns
By default set columns in your OnePlus 6T. Choose from III / IIII / IIIII you want to apply.
Icon size
To change icon size in OnePlus 6T, choose from small / big / bigger square box you want in your device.

By default OnePlus 6T icon pack set as OnePlus. You can choose from Round or Square icon.
