Check system software updates
System software updates are useful to fix bugs and improve the performance of your Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL devices. You’ll check using below given settings in your android device.
Settings > System > Advanced > System update > Check for update
After updates your device, restart your phone and check fix your issue or not.
Clear storage if full
One of the reasons for your Google Pixel 3 XL not responding because of internal storage is full or almost full. To free up space on Pixel 3, you can remove unnecessary files and clear cache data in your device.
