Step 1: Go to settings or swipe down notification bar & tap on Settings gear icon
Step 2: Tap on Lock screen and security
Step 3: Scroll down up to end of the page and tap on other security settings
Step 4: Tap on PIN windows under advanced section
Step 5: Turn on PIN windows
Step 6: Open the screen or app you want to PIN
Step 7: Tap on Recent or Overview button
Step 8: Tap the PIN icon of app at lower right corner of the window
