You can enable doorbell detector and Baby crying detector in galaxy S9 & S9 plus using below settings.
Step 1: Swipe down notification panel and tap on Settings gear icon
Step 2: Tap on Accessibility
Step 3: Tap on Hearing under categories
In Samsung galaxy S9 and galaxy S9 plus hearing settings, you can see sound detectors, flash notification, mute all sounds, hearing aids and other settings.
Step 4: Tap on Sound detectors
Here you can see baby crying detector and doorbell detector options. By default disable both settings.
Step 5: Turn on baby crying detector toggle button
