Step 1: Open settings in your galaxy S9 & S9 plus
Step 2: Select Advance features
Here you can see several settings such as Finger sensor gestures, One handed mode, smart capture, quick launch camera, multi window, swipe to call or send message gesture, dual messenger, Video enhancer and more.
Step 3: Tap on One handed mode
Now enable or disable one-handed mode you want. Here you can see below two options for reduce screen size of your galaxy S9 & S9 plus and easily operate with one hand.
Gesture: Swipe up diagonally from either bottom corner of the screen to reduce the display size in S9 & S9 plus
Button: Press home button 3 times to use one handed mode directly from home screen
