Step 1: Go to “Settings“.

By default set “show percentage when charging” your Pixel & Pixel XL device. Two options include Always show percentage/Don’t show this icon.
Step 5: Tap on “Always show percentage”.
Now, you can see the battery percentage in the status bar on Google Pixel and Pixel XL.
