Want to clear recent apps Android? Here’s how to close all apps on Android Pie 9.0 running in the background. Before Android P Beta 2 or Developer Preview 3, you can only individually clear a recent app in your Android Pie 9.0. How to Clear All Apps in Android Pie 9.0
Let see steps to close all apps Android Pie 9.0 device.
Step 1: Unlock your Android Pie and tap on the Recent apps button.
You can see the above-given screen with a recently opened apps list.
Step 2: Swipe screen right side until seeing “Clear all“.
Step 3: Tap Clear all to close all running apps at once.
It will clear all apps at the same time in your Android devices.
How to Individual Clear App on Android 9 Pie
Open Recent apps > Swipe up the app you want to close
In previous Android versions, we can see clear all button is available in the recent apps list.
How to Restrict App Background Data Usage More Battery in Android 9 Pie
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Tap Battery
Step 3: Tap Three vertical dots at the upper right corner.
Step 4: Tap Advanced battery usage.
Step 5: Find the app usage more battery and open it.
Step 6: Tap Background restriction.
You can see this pop-up message: Restrict app?
Step 7: Tap Restrict.
Now this restricted app can’t use the battery in background and extend battery life in Android Pie 9.0 devices.
