This released android P Beta 2 includes several changes such as clear all button, date show below the time, access app drawer from any app to long swipe, new Emojis (Approx 157) and more. In recent apps we can see all opened apps in our android devices. In android P Beta 1, you have remove recent app one by one, not all apps at once. But in Android P developer preview 3 (Android P Beta 2) added new “Clear all” button to clear app recent apps at same time. Step 1: Unlock your android P and tap recent apps button

Step 2: Swipe screen right side up to see clear all

Step 3: Tap Clear all to remove all apps at once

It will clear all apps at same time in your android P 9.0 devices. If you want to close app one by one, Go to recent apps > swipe up app you want to close

How to close background running apps in android P 9.0

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Tap Battery

Step 3: Tap Three vertical dots at upper right corner

Step 4: Tap Advanced battery usage

Step 5: Find app usage more battery and open it

Step 6: Tap Background restriction

You can see this pop-up message: Restrict app?

Step 7: Tap Restrict

Now this restricted app can’t use battery in background and extend battery life in android P 9.0 devices.
