In Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL 9.0 Pie, you can capture 4K video recording as 30fps on your device. Also choose from HD 1080p or HD 720p or SD 480p resolution. Step 1: Open Camera app in your Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL
