How to Block Unknown Number on Android 8.1 and 8.0 Oreo
Step 1: Open the Phone app in your android Oreo 8.1 devices.
Step 2: Tap on Three vertical dots (Menu) at the upper right corner.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Here you can see several contact settings such as sounds & vibration, calls, call blocking, voicemail, accessibility, caller ID & Spam, and more.
Step 4: Tap on Call blocking.
Step 5: Tap on Add a Number.
Step 6: Enter a phone number you want to block calls and text messages & tap on Block.
Now added number to blocked list and you can’t get calls or texts from that blocked private numbers in your android Oreo devices.
How to Unblock a Number in Android 8.1 & 8.0 Oreo
Phone app > Menu > Settings > Call blocking > “×” icon of number you want to unblock > Unblock

Step 1: Open the Phone app in your Oreo devices.
