Step 1: Swipe down notification panel and tap on settings gear icon
Step 2: Tap on Wallpapers and themes
Here you can see wallpapers, Themes, icons and AOD option at bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Select wallpapers at bottom screen
Step 4: Tap on View all
Now My wallpapers list view in your galaxy S9 and S9 plus.
Step 5: Tap on from gallery or other photo from list
Step 6: Select wallpaper you want to set as lock screen or home screen on galaxy S9
Step 7: Tap on Set as wallpaper
