Here’s how to set up and use a mobile hotspot on Android Nougat 7.1.2. To connect hotspot from mobile to mobile, you must know the network name, password, and security details. You can change the wifi hotspot setting using tethering & portable hotspot settings. Using portable wifi hotspot, you can share your internet connection with other laptops, desktop devices. Step 1: Tap on “App drawer” from the home screen on your Moto G4 Plus (Android 7.0 Nougat).

Step 2: Go to “Settings” or Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen & tap on the “Settings” gear icon.

Step 6: Enter network name, security (WPA2 PSK/None), password (must have at least 8 characters), and AP band (2.4 GHz band/5 GHz band).

Step 7: Click on “Save”.
