How to Reset App Preferences on Android Phone or Tablet
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your Android Lollipop 5.1.2 and Marshmallow 6.0.
Step 2: Scroll down until Applications and tap on it.
Step 3: Tap on Application Manager.
