You can manage offline Youtube videos settings like offline video quality, videos or playlists, video player size, clear offline videos, offline availability, and offline settings to added offline video over Wi-Fi or mobile network. You can watch offline videos or playlists to your android phone or tablet over Wi-Fi or mobile network. These offline YouTube video features are only available in certain countries (13) including Egypt, Ghana, India, Algeria, Thailand, Vietnam, and others.

How to Change Settings of Offline YouTube Video on Android Mobile (Older YouTube Version)
Step 1: Open the “YouTube” app in your Android device.
Step 2: Tap on “Three vertical dots” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select “Settings”.
Step 4: Tap on “Offline”.
Step 5: Tap on “Video quality”.
You can choose or set offline YouTube video quality as Low (144p), medium (360p), HD (720p), and Ask each time when video download. When you have a slow internet connection then use lower quality video to quickly download.
Step 6: Turn off the toggle button of “Add over Wi-Fi only” to change default added offline video settings over a mobile network.
Be default, on your android device videos, are only added to offline over Wi-Fi.
Step 7: Tap on “Clear offline” & press “OK” to remove all offline YouTube videos and playlist from your android phone or tablet
It’s quite easy to change settings of offline youtube videos on Android devices.
You must be signed on your youtube to use offline video or playlist that is added. If you want to comment and liking any youtube videos or playlist then you must be online.
How to Check YouTube Watch Time on Android
You can see time spend on the YouTube app in your android device using below given settings.
Open YouTube app > Tap Profile icon at the top right > Time Watched
Now appear your YouTube time watched for today and las Week. Also manage here remind me to take a break, autoplay next video, etc.
