Step 1: Open “Settings” app on your android M device

In application manger, you can see all apps, manage app permission including data usage.

Step 4: Tap on “More” from top of the right side corner

Step 6: Tap on dropdown menu and tap on “Apps with permission

You can see the list of all system apps. Select which apps cam change system settings, such as turning Bluetooth on or off.

Also hide system apps and reset app preferences on android phone or tablet device to disable apps, block app notifications and background data restrictions for apps.

Modify system settings on Android Nougat 7.0 & 7.1:

Settings > Device > Apps > Settings gear icon > Advanced > Special access > Modify system settings

Manage App permission on nougat 7.0:

Settings > Device > Apps > Settings gear icon > App permission > Tap any app > Enable / disable app permission nougat
