Step 1: Open the “Settings” app on your Android 6.0 & 5.1.2 device.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on “Applications”.
Step 3: Tap on “Application manager”.
In application manager, you can see all apps, manage app permission including data usage.
Step 4: Tap on “More” from the top right corner.
Step 5: Select “Change system settings”.
By default turned on selected in the drop-down box.
Step 6: Tap on the dropdown menu and tap on “Apps with permission”.

Step 7: Tap on “Turned off“.
