Turn Bluetooth Off & On

When try to connect Bluetooth device but seen Bluetooth pair not available on your android device, turn off Bluetooth, and after few seconds try again to connect it. Make sure the pair you want to connect is turning on Bluetooth.

Check Software Update & App Update

You can show software updates available on your device using the below settings.

Settings > System > about phone > System updates

Also, check for the Bluetooth app update.

Open Google Play Store > Three horizontal lines (More) at the top left corner > My apps & games > Update all

Unpair All Bluetooth Devices

Remove all your Bluetooth paired devices from your phone. Restart your Android phone and try to pair it again on your phone.

Settings > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Paired device > Select the pair device > Remove

Clear Bluetooth Cache

You can try clear Bluetooth app cache & data in your Nougat. It will remove all temporary data from your device. After clearing the cache, restart your phone and try to pair.

Settings > Apps > Three vertical dots at the top right corner > Show System > Select Bluetooth > Clear cache

If you still facing Bluetooth issues, try to clear data (It will remove all your app data).

Reset All Network Settings

Step 1: Go to “Settings

Step 2: Tap on “Backup & reset” under the personal section.

Step 4: Touch “Reset settings”.

Step 5: If set pattern or Password on your device, confirm the pattern.

Step 6: Again tap on “Reset settings”.

It will reset all networking settings from your Android Nougat 7.0 & 7.1 devices including saved Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth pair, and cellular data.

Wipe Cache Partition Android Nougat

Step 1: First of all switch off your phone.

Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button and the power button at the same time until the phone switch on.

You can see the Android system recovery screen on your device. By default “start” button seen on your android nougat phone.

Step 3: Press the volume down button until you see the Recovery mode.

Step 4: Press the power button to restart in recovery mode.

Step 5: Press volume buttons to scroll to Wipe cache partition, press the power button to select it.

Step 6: To confirm, use volume buttons to scroll to Yes and press the power button to select it.

Clearing the cache data may take a few minutes.

Step 7: Use the volume buttons to scroll to Reboot system now, press the power button to select it.
